This light is an excellent replacement for 12 volt fluorescent lighting in a heavy duty aluminum housing. The Classic LED interior light uses the same internal parts as our Strip Light above, but has a white diffusing lens and aluminum housing. This lens softens the very bright LED’s, but also reduces the light output somewhat. Otherwise, it has all of the benefits of our Strip Light such as extremely low current draw, no bulbs or ballasts to replace, and is unaffected by cold weather and vibration. The one foot fixture operating in the full power mode draws only 0.63 amps in the full bright mode or 0.32 amps in the half power energy-miser mode. Each one foot section produces 630 Lumens of light.
